1. Bowdoin Survives Trinity Upset Bid to Remain Undefeated

Chris Berry scored the eventual game-winning goal with 4:14 remaining and the Bowdoin defense did the rest as the second-ranked Polar Bears held off an upset bid by visiting Trinity, 9-8.

Bowdoin (10-0) led 7-3 at half, but the Bantams (5-6) scored four unanswered goals to knot the game at 7-7 entering the final period.

Cormac Walsh put the Polar Bears back in front just 2:54 into the final stanza, but Bo Page’s tally just 1:13 later tied the game at 8-8.

Casey Ryan had 3-1 for Bowdoin and Alec Delgado made 15 saves. | Recap

Jace Riley Day recorded 19 saves and Parker Kusko had a hat trick as Muhlenberg went on the road and toppled No. 17 Washington College, 12-8. 2. Adams Beats Buzzer to Give Top-Ranked Middlebury 5-4 Win vs. No. 3 Wesleyan

Caroline Adams, Middlebury

Caroline Adams played hero for Middlebury, scoring with 1.2 seconds remaining to lift the top-ranked Panthers past No. 3 Wesleyan, 5-4, in a defensive struggle.

Elle Priesing scored her second goal of the day just 38 seconds into the final period to give the Cardinals (9-1) a 4-3 lead. Kendall Coyne tied the game up with 8:38 remaining and Adams scored the 200th point of her career to secure the victory.

Elizabeth Savage made eight saves for Middlebury (11-0) who outshot Wesleyan, 21-17. Izzy Weintraub turned away 11 shots in a losing cause | Recap

3. Lightning Round

» There are still four remaining unbeatens in DIII men’s lacrosse - Tufts (10-0), Bowdoin (10-0), Hope (11-0), and Rivier (11-0).

» The number of teams without a blemish on their record on the women’s side is the same - Salisbury (12-0), Middlebury (11-0), Wooster (9-0) and Salem State (8-0).

» The Hope men’s squad continued the program’s best-ever start to a season with a 14-1 win against Kalamazoo. The Flying Dutchmen are now 11-0.

» Congrats to Swarthmore women’s coach Karen Borbee who won the 300th game of her career as the Garnet downed Dickinson, 14-8.
